About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join IQVIA as a Manager and play a key role in executing and delivering on primary literature reviews, data collection efforts, and analysis/reporting of qualitative and/or quantitative data.
Your expertise will support customers in life science and population health markets with patient reported outcome (PRO) and other COA solutions.
Responsible for the on-time completion of projects or components of large, complex projects for clients in the life sciences field.
Identify and elevate potential new business opportunities and assist in the business development and proposal process.
Provide direction and guidance to Consultants.
Develop or oversee development of detailed documentation and specifications, including protocol and study document development.
Perform or oversee qualitative analyses to assist in the reporting of studies to address client needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or doctorate degree in the social sciences or life sciences.
5–8 years of consulting experience managing and delivering COA (mainly PRO) selection, creation, and validation projects for pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
Solid project management skills and client relationship building skills.
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry, particularly around qualitative and mixed-methods approaches to COA development and validation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Technical Skills: Experience in qualitative research methods and literature review methods required. Additional survey research and mixed-methods or quantitative research methods experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with bibliographic software, such as Zotero; experience with qualitative coding software, such as MAXQDA.
Fluency in English.
