About the role
- Managing or leading multiple consulting engagements and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery for clients.
- Serving as a key point of contact for clients and building trusted relationships.
- Managing project teams through the design, development, and delivery of client work products.
- Providing strategic direction, problem-solving expertise, and intellectual leadership.
- Executing research and analysis to develop clear actionable insights.
- Designing, structuring, and delivering high-quality client reports and presentations.
- Identifying strategic alternatives and approaches to complex client questions.
- Supporting proposal development and business development activities.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to support professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience; additional experience in consulting strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.
- Project management experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and people development experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
