Key responsibilities & impact

Managing or leading multiple consulting engagements and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery for clients.
Serving as a key point of contact for clients and building trusted relationships.
Managing project teams through the design, development, and delivery of client work products.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant professional experience; additional experience in consulting strongly preferred.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.
Project management experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and people development experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
