About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries relating to product orders and services
- Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to support product shipments, returns and issue resolution
- Support activities in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, including documentation and investigations
- Identify, document and appropriately escalate product quality complaints and adverse events
- Maintain accurate customer, prescriber and order information in relevant systems
- Provide sales & marketing support, including coordination of materials, agencies, approvals and localisation activities
- Manage traffic and timelines for the production and distribution of print and digital materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, operations or commercial support roles
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams, agencies and external partners
- Willingness to work primarily on‑site at offices in Delft, especially during onboarding
- English and Dutch required
- Full‑time availability
- Ability to commute to Delft/ surrounding area
