About the role
- Management of Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities from Pipeline to Close.
- Assisting in preparing templates for Statements of Work and initial Contract submissions.
- Coordination of Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
- Attend pipeline calls/ team meetings with internal clients as requested and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call.
- Cross functional Team coordination to ensure smooth processing of opportunities.
- Continuous, pro-active coordination with internal client contacts and business personnel, to foster and maintain relationships.
- Maintain the team’s document repository making sure information are up to date.
- Accomplish other Ad-Hoc tasks, business initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Help in strategic planning and analysis with Account Managers/PICs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service
- Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Preferrable with experience of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefit
- Strong team player and accepts coaching opportunities positively
