About the role
- Know your talent pool including numbers, individual skill profiles/interests, group skill gaps/surpluses
- Own end‑to‑end resource deployment across client delivery
- Ensure projects are staffed with an optimal skills, grade, and cost mix
- Translate regional and practice‑level business strategy into workforce and capacity plans
- Actively manage and optimize utilization, realization, and margin performance
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or deployment roles within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating at both strategic and executional levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of utilization, margin, and delivery economics.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical capability, with experience using workforce and financial data to drive insight and action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
