About the role

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery execution for Agentic AI solutions
  • Translate product scope and architectural direction into clear delivery plans
  • Drive day‑to‑day engineering delivery and issue resolution
  • Ensure delivery readiness across environments, CI/CD, quality gates
  • Coordinate and orchestrate internal teams and vendors
  • Provide transparent delivery reporting
  • Support release execution from pilot to scale
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team
  • Act as delivery owner for vendor contributed work

Requirements

  • 7+ years in engineering delivery roles
  • Proven experience delivering Agentic AI or data-intensive platforms
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of Agentic SDLC / ADLC concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD for agentic systems
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
