About the role

  • Own the execution-level product ownership of Agentic AI solutions across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production
  • Translate business needs and product intent into agent-ready user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Own and maintain the Agentic AI product backlog
  • Define and enforce Definition of Ready and acceptance standards
  • Drive backlog prioritization and refinement
  • Collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, and UX
  • Act as the primary execution-time product contact for engineering teams
  • Own story acceptance and UAT
  • Manage the post-release backlog for enhancements, defects, and agent tuning

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience owning backlogs and requirements across PoC, MVP, and Production lifecycles
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems
  • Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery practices
