- Own total sales performance and revenue growth for the US Large Pharma segment
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives
- Personally lead large, complex enterprise deals
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers

- Maintain deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D challenges
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within Clinical Technology
- Demonstrated domain knowledge of clinical trials and patient engagement technologies
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex technology portfolios
- Established senior-level relationships within major pharmaceutical organizations
- Strong experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex negotiations
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills
