About the role
- Provide full support to the Team Lead/Head of Operations
- Help ensure the smooth running of all operations team
- Manage a series of localisation projects cost-effectively, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Involve coordination of in-house and external suppliers as well as technological resources
- Provide coaching and development for new starters and other team members
- Refine and develop internal processes
- Quality of output and adherence to agreed work practices
- Supplier selection and control
- Operating within project budgets
- Monitoring profitability
- Maintaining project structure and priority workload
Requirements
- Several years’ Project Management experience
- Significant previous experience in a client-facing Project Management role
- Proven ability to motivate colleagues and promote positivity within the team.
