About the role
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new and existing healthcare AdTech products, including audience solutions, media activation, and measurement capabilities.
- Craft clear, differentiated product positioning and customer-focused messaging tailored to healthcare marketers, payers, providers, and life sciences.
- Partner with marketing on strategic marketing planning and integrated campaigns that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and pipeline growth; leverage performance data to optimize messaging and GTM strategies.
- Partner with commercial strategy, product, marketing and sales to create materials that drive pipeline and revenue, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and playbooks.
- Conduct market analysis to understand healthcare marketing trends, regulatory considerations, and competitor offerings; translate insights into product and marketing strategy.
- Develop customer insight-gathering initiatives (e.g., customer advocacy program) and integrate feedback loops into product strategy.
- Collaborate with product leaders to influence roadmaps, ensuring customer needs, compliance requirements, and market opportunities are prioritized.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop expert-led content (e.g., speaking sessions, whitepapers, webinars, conference materials) that positions the company as a trusted leader in healthcare advertising innovation.
- Set KPIs for launches and campaigns, monitor results, and refine strategy to boost adoption and revenue.
- Build pricing models, discount frameworks, and enterprise deal guidelines in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of product marketing and/or strategy experience, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or digital media, with exposure to healthcare/life sciences marketing.
- Deep understanding of ad tech and media buying (self-service vs. managed service models, DSP/SSP dynamics, programmatic, sponsorships, measurement).
- Proven experience developing pricing and packaging frameworks, with ability to balance scale, margin, and deal flexibility.
- Proven track record of building GTM strategies and delivering successful product launches.
- Ability to tailor positioning and collateral to specific advertiser segments (brands, agencies, endemic vs. non-endemic categories).
- Exceptional communication skills — able to distill complex technical concepts into simple, impactful messaging.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with enablement tools and competitive insights.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in financial modeling, pricing analysis, and adoption/usage metrics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
