About the role
- Responsible for understanding data changes and creating communications for clients.
- Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of changes/updates to datasets/IQVIA offerings.
- Manages the communication of identified data situations cross-functionally.
- Assists the Service teams in responding to general data and IQVIA offering questions.
- Identifies ways to improve and streamline business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field(s).
- Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience with data analysis, communications, and project management from the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Deep understanding of IQVIA prescription and patient data and methodologies.
