About the role
- Manages project teams including both internal and external resources
- Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges
- Develops project plans with timelines and deliverables
- Serves as key point of contact with clients
- Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise
- Proactively mentors, coaches, and shares subject matter expertise with others
Requirements
- 3-5 years in analytical support roles within healthcare or life sciences
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures
- Hands-on experience with IQVIA data platforms
- Expertise in managing report migration
- Advanced data analysis across diverse healthcare use cases
- Knowledge of therapeutics areas including Oncology, Auto Immune, Cardiovascular & rare diseases
- Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Excel VBA
- Experience in data visualization software including Power BI & Tableau
- Ability to travel to client sites
