About the role

  • Ensures contract specifications and clients' ad hoc requests are fulfilled to enhance client satisfaction, under supervision.
  • Assists team members in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients to proactively address their needs.
  • Ensures, through careful review and verification, that delivered products meet client specifications, including timeliness and quality.
  • Maintains effective internal communications with Sales and Customer Service.
  • Researches, analyzes, and responds to client inquiries.
  • Conducts service meetings at client sites.
  • Represents IQVIA/IMS on external client projects.
  • May perform client KPO (on-site) functions as required.
  • Assists client engagement managers by supporting management of small and emerging clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in the customer service representative domain.
  • Extensive knowledge of IMS products and the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Experience leading meetings, delivering presentations, and training preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels (written and oral).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work with constantly changing priorities.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
  • Functional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
