About the role

  • Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships
  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners
  • Build solid customer relationships and serve as a point person for customer inquiries
  • Manage the technical deployment and on-boarding of new clients
  • Train clients on the platform and encourage the adoption of new features
  • Manage key publisher information such as revenue tracking, platform usage, and growth opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and uncover publisher issues around campaign delivery, revenue, fill rate, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing publishers
  • Develop and present publisher QBRs / ABRs
  • Actively QA product deployments across all publisher partners
  • Assist sales and publisher development teams on maintenance of ad campaigns

Requirements

  • 2 years of account management, publisher management, customer support and/or ad operations experience
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, inventory management
  • Desire to work in a rapidly growing department
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (Bonus)
