About the role
- Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships
- Manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners
- Build solid customer relationships and serve as a point person for customer inquiries
- Manage the technical deployment and on-boarding of new clients
- Train clients on the platform and encourage the adoption of new features
- Manage key publisher information such as revenue tracking, platform usage, and growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot and uncover publisher issues around campaign delivery, revenue, fill rate, etc.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing publishers
- Develop and present publisher QBRs / ABRs
- Actively QA product deployments across all publisher partners
- Assist sales and publisher development teams on maintenance of ad campaigns
Requirements
- 2 years of account management, publisher management, customer support and/or ad operations experience
- Experience in programmatic advertising, inventory management
- Desire to work in a rapidly growing department
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (Bonus)
