About the role
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for measurement solutions and digital marketing products.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Drive product innovation and operational strategies to ensure successful implementation and execution.
- Oversee divisional financial performance, proposals, and executive-level client engagement.
- Build strong relationships with Pharma, Agency, and Publisher stakeholders to accelerate business growth.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with specialization in Pharmaceutical and/or Agency markets.
- Proven success delivering measurement or analytics solutions to Pharma, Agency, or Publisher buyers.
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data, identity measurement, CDP, and cleanroom concepts.
- Exceptional relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.
