Responsible for the product roadmap, aligning stakeholders, driving the annual budget cycle process, collaborating with the technical product owner to deliver business priorities, coordinating cross-functional delivery, tracking benefits, and ensuring the product strategy meets both current business needs and future strategic objectives.
Address organizational, technical, partnership or capability barriers to delivery and realization of product offering.
Assist with scoping and executing partnerships which strengthen product offerings.
Build program/project plans and identify risks.
Lead product team to develop and maintain multi-year solution strategy.
Monitor the product from initiation through delivery and interface with stakeholders on technical matters.
Oversee and organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
Resolve complex product issues and coordinate appropriate escalation within IQVIA.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen with understanding of how to relate technologies to business needs and user experience
Business Operations, Product Development, Project Management experience
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
