About the role
- Manage a team of clinical staff supporting clinical studies.
- Supervise staff in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Participate in the selection and hiring of new employees.
- Ensure staff have appropriate equipment, system access, and training.
- Contribute to resource allocation for clinical research projects.
- Oversee the quality of clinical work performed by assigned staff.
- Identify risks and quality issues and develop appropriate corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with other clinical teams and cross‑functional managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field preferred.
- Prior experience with clinical trials, including in a management or leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to clinical research.
- Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including strong English proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
