About the role

  • 100% remote contract Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for IQVIA
  • Provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers
  • Primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
  • Field requests: card activation, program eligibility, explanation of program benefits, troubleshooting submission rejection
  • Provide initial support via telephone, email, fax
  • Assess issues and provide first-level support; document resolutions and escalate as needed
  • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work specified EST shifts (8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm)
