Directly administer assessments to clinical trial participants or evaluate assessments performed by others and provide feedback.
Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized assessments and data reliability.
Conduct live interactions with raters to discuss methodology, scoring technique, and provide guidance.
Evaluate case data and prepare for rater discussions with necessary documentation.
Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled and submit documentation timely.
Participate in orientation, training and calibration activities; perform functional assessments (e.g., mock interviews).
Contact clinical trial participants remotely (via proprietary app Engage) to administer assessments and document notes and scores.
Requirements
Minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with central nervous system (CNS) trials preferred.
Experience working with related psychiatric populations & experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales and/or structured clinical interviews is a plus.
Previous experience in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety is ideal.
Advanced level of English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (solid Excel/PowerPoint knowledge).
Comfortable managing conflicting priorities and thriving in fast-paced environments.
