About the role
- Lead the design and implementation of business systems that support specialty data services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define requirements, map complex data flows, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of solutions.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system requirement specifications.
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
- Monitor data quality during hyper-care periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical data environments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
