About the role

  • Accessibility as the day-to-day point of contact to client stakeholders partnering on strategic initiatives, project/financial management, and communications with client stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead reoccurring status calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop strategy & oversee implementation of various medical education initiatives such as: Conferences Activities Advisory Boards KOL Consulting Engagements Symposia & Product Theaters Anatomy / Cadaver Trainings Patient Injection Trainings
  • Partner with client stakeholders to develop and monitor budget forecast

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare communication, with 2-3 years of relevant Account Management experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical Medical, Legal, Regulatory review processes for product promotional assets
  • Experience in industry specific software such as Veeva Vault, Veeva Events Management, Adobe E-Sign, CVENT, and Virtual Meeting Platforms
