About the role
- Review and refine content in various languages
- Identify and fix formatting, visibility, and design issues
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Ensure high-quality standards in translation effectiveness commitments
- Spot design and formatting issues according to guidelines
- Analyze and eliminate correctness and usability issues
- Act as a link between Project Managers, reviewers, and post-editors
Requirements
- Fluency in English – written and spoken
- Fluency in another language is a strong asset
- Experience proofreading, editing, formatting validating content in at least two languages
- Experience as a translator, a linguist and/or a DTP specialist is a strong asset
- Experience in project management is a strong asset
- Proven experience working with projects involving large amounts of content is desirable
- Knowledge of software QA, QC, DTP and/or OCR methodologies, tools, and processes is beneficial
- Experience working in international environments is beneficial
- Experience using CAT tools or content editing tools is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as part of a team and with diverse teams.
