About the role

  • Responsible for managing patient support programs, including program setup, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of program launches and execution, and for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external program stakeholders to establish timelines and define deliverables.
  • Manage orders and revenue through accurate forecasting, approvals, and financial controls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing the company during the post-sale phase and the ongoing delivery of patient programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of patient support programs and drug reimbursement processes is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business- or science-related field, or equivalent work experience.
