About the role
- Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts
- Maintain and manage linguist databases, performance records, and contact info
- Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications
- Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs
- Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists
- Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Experience in international environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating change and ambiguity
- Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies
- Fluency in one or more non-English languages
- Experience managing freelance linguist databases, contracts, and payments
- Background in language services—especially in life sciences—is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and Office applications
