Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendations
Conduct primary and secondary research to inform client solutions
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations
Conduct market sizing, competitive landscape assessments, and growth forecasting
Interview senior leaders and executives on the client team or external stakeholders
Take ownership for the development of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
Present to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
Cultivate professional relationships with members of the client team
Acquire deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources and tools
Proactively develop knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
Requirements
An advanced degree (MPH, MS or MBA) in a life sciences related field with little or no work experience, or relevant undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience
Strong capability in managing priorities
Willingness and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization
Ability to think creatively and create innovative solutions
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, leading meetings, business and report writing
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis is a plus
