About the role
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver accurate product information and recommendations to Healthcare Professionals by phone
- Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians
- Coordinate sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory
- Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance and customer experience
Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Animal Health experience strongly preferred
- Veterinary technician experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical Sales or B2B Sales
- Inside sales/remote engagement experience strongly preferred
- Expert selling skills including customer engagement & relationship building success
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
