About the role
- Supporting the review and process of medical reimbursement in clinical trial setting in accordance with company SOP and process and country regulations
- Analyse, review and summarize supporting documents for medical expense reimbursement requests
- Interacts with both internal and external stakeholders to process the medical reimbursement cases
- Arrange for payment of approved medical costs through correct channels
- Follow up with insurance companies if required for resolution of requests
