About the role

  • You contribute to high-stakes engagements with internal control departments (compliance, ongoing control, risk management) or on projects related to regulatory developments.
  • Conduct regulatory and market monitoring, leveraging our internal AI tool.
  • Develop expertise by delivering training and contributing to the design of new service offerings.
  • Grow business activities by contributing to responses to tenders and RFPs.

Requirements

  • Degree from a top business or engineering school with a major in risk management, compliance, or banking and financial law; AMF certification is a plus.
  • Two to three years of experience in a consulting firm on assignments related to at least one of the following topics:
  • Production or distribution of financial instruments or insurance products: AMF regulations, MiFID II, IDD (DDA), PRIIPs, sustainable finance (SFDR, Taxonomy, CSRD, Omnibus).
  • Financial security: AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions & embargoes, market integrity (MAR).
  • Non-financial risk management: operational risk, ICT risks, operational resilience (DORA), internal control (French decree of 3 November 2014, as amended).
  • Ethics & professional conduct: anti-corruption (Sapin II), duty of vigilance (CS3D).
  • Knowledge of financial products (collective investment schemes/AIFs — OPC/FIA, ETFs, private equity, structured products, crypto-assets…) and financial services (discretionary portfolio management, RTO, investment advisory…).
  • Curious and rigorous, strong analytical skills, situational intelligence.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
