About the role

  • Work closely with executive committee (COMEX), management committee (CODIR) and business unit leaders to define a data strategy
  • Lead the structuring of a data function
  • Lead the deployment of data management (organization, processes, tools) across the company (from the data office to the business teams)
  • Bring new perspectives by identifying tailored solutions for our clients and adapted to their context — from conducting maturity assessments and impact analyses to operational implementation
  • Design and independently deliver awareness and training sessions for all audiences (executives or business teams), adapted to the context
  • Provide cross-functional insight on strategic projects for organizations
  • Develop and write bespoke approaches and responses to craft relevant commercial proposals
  • Drive skills development, manage and mentor consultants within the practice
  • Contribute to internal firm initiatives to become an active participant in our company’s strategic project

Requirements

  • Degree from a top-tier business school (rank A), engineering school, or university
  • Strong experience in management consulting (minimum 6 years, excluding internships and placements)
  • Strong ability to influence executive leadership (C-suite)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: impactful public speaking and the ability to create polished presentations
  • Commercial acumen: prospecting, client relationship management, business development and deal closing
  • Curiosity, rigor, organization and interpersonal intelligence enabling you to solve complex problems
  • A desire to grow commercially in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
