About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the client implementation journey - from initial IT integration to full-scale field adoption.
Act as the "Technical Translator," making sure our AI models solve real-world infrastructure problems.
Lead the implementation process, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
Facilitate regular check-ins with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
Collaborate closely with solution architects, sales, product, customer success, and solution engineering teams.
Work closely with technical teams to manage IT integrations and ensure seamless integration of our software with client systems.
Implement concrete actions to ensure that users adopt the solution on the field.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet client requirements.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive improvements in our implementation processes and products.
Attend onboarding and master product training.
Shadow experienced team members and take ownership of your first implementation project.
Lead implementation projects independently and solve specific technical and operational challenges.
Collaborate with clients to define action plans based on desired business outcomes.
Successfully deliver multiple implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation methodologies.
Mentor new team members and contribute to the growth of the Delivery department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in project management, implementation, or technical consulting in the Enterprise B2B sector.
Graduate degree in business organisation or strategy.
A certification Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Native or Fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Technical proficiency in integration and software implementation.
Proactive approach to understanding client needs and driving successful outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including understanding network infrastructure, key players, and regulatory environment, is a plus.
Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes that are valuable for the client.
Proficiency in German or knowledge of German professional culture is a plus.
