About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the client implementation journey - from initial IT integration to full-scale field adoption.
  • Act as the "Technical Translator," making sure our AI models solve real-world infrastructure problems.
  • Lead the implementation process, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, sales, product, customer success, and solution engineering teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to manage IT integrations and ensure seamless integration of our software with client systems.
  • Implement concrete actions to ensure that users adopt the solution on the field.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet client requirements.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive improvements in our implementation processes and products.
  • Attend onboarding and master product training.
  • Shadow experienced team members and take ownership of your first implementation project.
  • Lead implementation projects independently and solve specific technical and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to define action plans based on desired business outcomes.
  • Successfully deliver multiple implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation methodologies.
  • Mentor new team members and contribute to the growth of the Delivery department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in project management, implementation, or technical consulting in the Enterprise B2B sector.
  • Graduate degree in business organisation or strategy.
  • A certification Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Native or Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in integration and software implementation.
  • Proactive approach to understanding client needs and driving successful outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including understanding network infrastructure, key players, and regulatory environment, is a plus.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes that are valuable for the client.
  • Proficiency in German or knowledge of German professional culture is a plus.
