About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Outbound acquisition targeting SMEs and mid-market companies (phone, LinkedIn, trade shows)
- Conduct initial meetings and provide consulting with HR leaders, managing directors, and training officers
- Build and maintain your own client portfolio with long-term relationships
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads
- Coordinate closely with the education team to ensure smooth course delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales (education, HR tech, SaaS, services, or similar)
- Strong drive to close deals — you find solutions, not excuses
- Confident presence in person, over the phone, and on video calls
- Self-driven work style; able to operate without daily supervision
- Basic interest in AI and digital transformation (expert knowledge not required)
