About the role

  • Acquire new clients and maintain and expand existing B2B customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts in AI and professional development
  • Present our products and services to prospective clients and lead negotiations through to closing
  • Work closely with internal teams, especially Marketing, to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand the contact network
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales development reports, and follow up on sales activities
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and monitor trends in AI and professional development to identify opportunities early

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, digitalization, or professional development
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability at decision-maker level
  • Independent working style, high self-motivation, and goal orientation
  • Solid knowledge of marketing is optional but advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of digital sales channels and experience with CRM systems
  • Confident use of AI tools, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills for international communication
