About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large volumes of data, records and support tickets to identify deviations, patterns and optimization opportunities.
Structure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Churn, Average Handling Time (AHT), FCR (First Call Resolution) and other operational metrics.
Provide analytical support to the technical team, assisting with data interpretation and process compliance.
Transform raw data into clear, actionable management reports using Excel and other tools.
Assist in developing and tracking action plans to correct issues and implement process improvements.
Prepare documentation and presentations detailing analysis results and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Level: Junior to Mid-level experience in analytical roles.
Practical knowledge of telecommunications, preferably in Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations.
Advanced Excel skills: (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, charts and dashboard creation).
Proficiency with Word (for reports) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
Strong analytical capability, critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work effectively in a team.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial), Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, Business Administration or related areas.
