About the role
- Design, configure and optimize network architectures for ISPs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of L2, L3, BGP, MPLS and multiservice networks.
- Configure and manage network equipment (routers, switches, OLTs, firewalls) and servers.
- Deploy and maintain services such as DNS, RADIUS, Looking Glass and monitoring platforms.
- Lead technical projects such as expansions, migrations, audits and standardizations.
- Work with network monitoring, observability and security, including event analysis, risk mitigation and traffic anomaly detection (e.g., DDoS).
- Support customers in technical meetings and pre-sales activities with a consultative approach.
- Produce technical documentation, support internal training and contribute to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IP networking, switching and dynamic routing.
- Proficiency in BGP for ISPs and MPLS.
- Experience with Linux for operations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana or similar).
- Previous experience at internet service providers (ISPs) or telecom operators.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical network roles.
