About the role

  • Project Management: Plan, execute and control telecommunications projects, including scope, schedule, resources and risks, using agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Technical Post-Sales Support: Provide specialized technical support to customers in the post-sales phase, resolving issues, configuring equipment and optimizing services.
  • Business Analysis: Gather customer requirements, analyze the technical and economic feasibility of projects, and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, using BPM tools to model, automate and monitor workflows.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze and interpret performance data from networks and telecom services, using BI tools to generate insights and dashboards.
  • Crisis Management: Act in critical situations, leading teams and making strategic decisions to minimize impact and ensure service continuity.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Solid experience managing telecommunications projects, with a focus on solutions for service providers and operators.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in network technologies, equipment and telecommunications services (e.g., fiber optics, IP networks, mobile networks, etc.).
