About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute core UX research project activities with autonomy and accuracy
Prepare, collect, analyze, and report research data
Create wireframes and support research-based design recommendations
Train and mentor Researcher colleagues
Lead projects under senior oversight
Conduct logistical planning, screener development, recruiting, facility vendor management, discussion guide development, and data collection piloting
Manage project financials, team time, and budget accountability
Moderate sessions and interviews
Write reports and support recommendations and final deliverables
Support project teams across different project phases
Assist with proposals and new business bidding initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to mentor and coach team members
Experience in team leadership, including training
Good understanding of client management
Basic to proficient discussion guide development skills
Ability to moderate a variety of session types and techniques
Ability to support logistics and planning throughout the project lifecycle
Note-taking ability aligned with research objectives
Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
2+ years of experience in user experience or a related field required
3+ years of experience in UX research or design highly preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in human factors, HCI, behavioral sciences, or equivalent experience, including a bachelor's in fine arts (BFA)
