About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support live client projects spanning employee engagement, culture, leadership, and organisational change
- Support engagement, pulse, and lifecycle listening programmes
- Help develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and research materials
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Partner with analysts to identify key themes, insights, and data-led narratives
- Create presentations, reports, and client-ready outputs
- Support workshops, client meetings, and presentations
- Work with consultants, analysts, and project managers to deliver projects successfully
- Learn how leading organisations use employee listening technology and AI to improve decision-making
- Contribute to thought leadership and proposition development
