Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure projects are delivered successfully from initiation through completion, balancing scope, quality, timelines, risks, and client expectations
Support delivery of employee research and listening programmes for leading organisations
Support or lead end-to-end delivery of employee research and listening programmes
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Undertake project governance using specialised project management tools
Manage action logs, project risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls
Build trusted stakeholder relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
Drive effective communication and collaboration across project participants
Support commercial delivery through scope management, forecasting, and project financial oversight
Contribute to project management best practices, tools, and methodologies
