About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure projects are delivered successfully from initiation through completion, balancing scope, quality, timelines, risks, and client expectations
- Support delivery of employee research and listening programmes for leading organisations
- Support or lead end-to-end delivery of employee research and listening programmes
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Undertake project governance using specialised project management tools
- Manage action logs, project risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across project participants
- Support commercial delivery through scope management, forecasting, and project financial oversight
- Contribute to project management best practices, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
