About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Start the day with a team huddle to discuss ongoing projects.
Execute and deliver market research surveys using Ipsos' specific software.
Collaborate with research, project management, and QA teams to ensure project flow.
Spend time for personal and professional development, work with your dedicated mentor.
Programming new surveys using different software.
Liaising with project managers and researchers to understand their requirements.
Support development of custom scripts on project base.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A solid grasp of programming basics such as algorithms, databases and more.
Prior experience with any scripting/programming language or a survey programming/data processing software would be incredibly advantageous during your onboarding and training process.
Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Currently enrolled as at least a last-year student in Programming, Mathematics or related
