About the role

  • Independently plan and manage projects and workstreams, acting as the central contact for internal and external partners.
  • Provide research and operational support to local markets, ensuring governance on global materials to seamlessly provide global deliverables to the client.
  • Own the research inputs and manage the execution and quality of the outputs.
  • Prepare project updates through situation analyses, project plans, and well-founded concepts.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-country and cross-functional teams and coordinate suppliers as well as internal teams.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines throughout project execution.
  • Responsible for processing, interpreting, and quality-checking research results.
  • Lead meetings with the client and internal stakeholders to update them on the project progress and present study results convincingly to our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, ISO guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain close and collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in international project management of market research studies, ideally in marketing, market, or brand research.
  • Strong operational skills, especially in data processing and data formats.
  • Experience in managing large, complex programs.
  • Very data minded and a good understanding of data structures. Experience in data processing and data visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in the Nicotine Product market is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a well-developed strategic understanding.
  • Skilled in communication, client orientation, and confident in presenting.
  • Work in a structured, independent manner with a high standard of quality.
  • Fluent in English. German or other languages spoken are a plus.
