💰 $75,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Shares documents, schedules and field updates and participates in client conversations
- Contributes to presentations of documents and research findings and engages in broader team conversations linking past research and proposals
- Manages custom research projects start-to-finish with exceptional proficiency under some supervision
- Provides pricing support and material development for proposals
- Participates in methodological considerations and recommendations as part of a larger account team
- Oversees and coordinates with junior team members providing project level support, delegating work, providing instructions and quality control
- Involved in analytic plans and aspects of report writing to find the story in the data
- Executes project tasks including custom survey development, link checking, fieldwork monitoring, data processing and analysis planning
- Provides report visualization and story-telling guidance and report population and development
- Oversees Analyst roles on execution tasks and performs tasks under supervision of manager/senior team members
- May act as manager to Analyst or Senior Analysts, overseeing training, workload guidance, supervision and feedback
- Engages in minor strategic thinking, develops analytical skills, and proactively seeks industry information related to client needs
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in completing all tasks
- Ability to positively interact with internal support teams
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
- Data savvy with a basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Thrives within a team environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, master’s level education an asset
- At least 2 years of market research experience
