About the role
- Start the day with a team huddle to discuss ongoing projects.
- Execute and deliver market research surveys using Ipsos' specific software (Script/programming language based).
- Always be in touch with research, project management, and QA teams to ensure project flow, exchange feedback, and refine survey objectives.
- Spend time for personal and professional development, work with your dedicated mentor, engage in sharing knowledge sessions, and constantly gain knowledge and experience to excel gradually in our team.
- Starting with intensive training in our platform(s). It will be a combination of a classroom training, exercises, and one-on-one mentoring.
- Programming new surveys using different software. This role will include liaising with project managers and researchers to understand their requirements, programming surveys according to their specifications and resolving any issues encountered during fieldwork.
- Programming complex questionnaires based on the materials provided by the client.
- Support development of custom scripts on project base.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met.
- Longer term, there will be opportunities to get involved in many other activities the team is involved in (such as migration of our existing surveys to our new platform, etc.).
Requirements
- A solid grasp of programming basics such as algorithms, databases and more.
- Prior experience with any scripting/programming language or a survey programming/data processing software would be incredibly advantageous during your onboarding and training process.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Currently enrolled as at least a last-year student in Programming, Mathematics or related
