About the role

  • Lead, both functionally and disciplinarily, one of our CX Insights teams (responsible for workforce planning, development, talent management and serving as a role model for our most important resource—our employees)
  • Implement company objectives within the team and in client-facing activities
  • Focus on business development with existing and new clients
  • Client relationship management
  • Responsible for the team's revenue and performance
  • Promote cross-selling activities (within the team and across departments)
  • Responsible for developing research concepts and preparing (sometimes complex) proposals
  • Conduct analyses, derive innovative, solution-oriented recommendations, and lead client presentations and workshops
  • Act as an Ipsos brand ambassador at conferences, networking events and in the media

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in strategic market research (quantitative) or a comparable background
  • Trusted advisor with consultancy skills
  • Strong sales capability and excellent communication skills
  • Ideally experience in business development and sales
  • Team player and leader with the ability to motivate
  • Strong client focus and high quality standards
  • High initiative and strong negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness, organizational talent and flexibility
  • Business-fluent German and English
