About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, refine, and execute innovative integrated V&A programs across channels at launches and beyond to drive sustained brand growth
- Develop value propositions for formulary decision makers including payers, PBMs, GPOs, and institutions
- Create Value & Access marketing materials and manage agencies and budgets
- Lead US Brand Team activities for Neuroscience brands, representing Value & Access
- Serve on the Neuroscience Business Unit Leadership Team as the Value & Access subject matter expert
- Lead Value & Access launch planning for current and future launches
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to determine and prioritize V&A marketing resources
- Represent V&A in annual planning, pull-through, product launch, training, forecasting, and related brand activities
- Manage promotional review processes and critical business planning activities
- Lead above-brand enterprise initiatives, presentations, payer pull-through processes, and the My Ipsen V&A website
- Design and build V&A team presentations for national meetings and calls
- Define V&A organizational objectives, shape culture, improve alignment, and administer key business processes
- Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, vendors, and agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8–10 years of experience focused on payer marketing and reimbursement tools within biopharma
- Experience working within a competitive space
- Experience working with agencies to create materials
- Experience with promotional material review committees involving legal, regulatory, and medical functions
- Experience managing new product launches or label expansions
- Strong project management skills, deadline management, and delivery against commitments
- Experience with Pharmacy and Medical benefit products
- Knowledge of Rare Disease, Oncology, and Neurology preferred
- Strong preference for neurotoxin and/or migraine experience
- Thorough understanding of biopharmaceutical commercialization, including brand management, sales planning and execution, market access, and regulatory environments
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets
- Ability to interact with senior internal stakeholders across commercial and internal functions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- BA/BS required
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field strongly preferred
- English required
- Ability to travel to the Cambridge, MA office a handful of times per month and for urgent meetings
