About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops the global brand strategy based on insights
- Drives the execution of global marketing strategy and initiatives
- Develops and implements global commercial/marketing activities
- Develops communication plans across the product life cycle
- Supports affiliate teams with the roll out of global marketing plans
- Develops KPIs to measure impact of global marketing activities
- Supports the development of the market research plan
- Develops meaningful actionable insights that reflect the needs of key customer groups
- Ensures strong cross-functional engagement and collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree-level education, ideally in life sciences or business studies
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry in a marketing role
- Experience of specialty care products in rare diseases
- Global marketing experience in one of the top 5 European markets or in North America
- Proven track record of marketing across multiple stages of a product's life cycle
- Successful Global launch experience in specialty and/or rare diseases
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong and collaborative team player
- Fluent in English
