Developing and executing access strategies across key institutional customers and federal accounts
Optimizing coverage, utilization, and long-term access for Ipsen’s U.S. portfolio
Leading a team of Corporate Account Directors
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers
Supporting Value & Access strategy including contracting and value communication efforts
Collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of experience/expertise in US Market Access
Proven experience developing and negotiating complex contracts within healthcare systems
Proven experience in driving improved access within P&T’s, pathways, EMR’s and order sets
Strong understanding of reimbursement (Buy & Bill), Medicare (Parts A, B, C, D), Medicaid, and commercial payer dynamics
Experience leading and developing market access account management teams
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar) preferred
