About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate a cross functional CSC sub team for the set-up of clinical studies
- Ensure alignment with clinical trials milestones
- Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure supply to patients
- Validate strategy with the Clinical Supply Chain Therapeutic Area Lead
- Collaborate with Global Regulatory Affairs and CMC Regulatory teams
- Manage risk assessment and track project performance
- Present results and progress at internal/external meetings
- Propose design of IMP kits and manage labeling definition
- Monitor clinical study forecasts and assess impacts on changes
- Manage quality events and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 3-5 years’ experience in an equivalent job within the pharmaceutical industry with significant international exposure
- Experience managing complex investigational supplies for global clinical trials
- Experience in project management and facilitating communications in a highly matrixed environment
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in pharmacy, engineering, operations and supply chain management
- Certification in APICS, PMP, etc. (preferred)
- Advanced education including MBA, Masters, PhD or global equivalent (preferred)
- Must be fluent in English
- French (preferred)
