About the role
- Monitor and analyse local demand trends across Europe, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Review forecast submissions and track deviations, highlighting risks or anomalies
- Support affiliates in using the Kinaxis Maestro SOS module, ensuring adherence to processes and SOPs
- Manage product allocations and escalate shortages or unusual demand patterns
- Prepare clear, concise dashboards and regular reports for leadership visibility
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to strengthen demand alignment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and training
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field
- First experience in supply chain, demand planning, finance, or data analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders
- English fluency required; other European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Kinaxis or SAP experience is an advantage
