About the role
- Accountable for development and implementation of Global workspace design guidelines
- Collaborates closely with the project lead and external contractors delivering real estate projects
- Ensure that employee environments are supporting ergonomics, productivity and collaboration
- Leads on engaging with senior stakeholders to understand strategies / initiatives, and identify workplace operations and workplace operations experience requirements
- Acts as an ambassador for collaboration, proactively engaging with teams across the business and developing strong networks
Requirements
- +5 years’ experience within a workplace and/or facilities management and/or hospitality background
- Evidence of working with Customers to develop, apply and implement workplace operations and FM strategies
- Experience of managing FM budgets, reporting and forecasting to meet budget.
- Experience of delivering FM cost saving and enhanced workplace experience
- Good experience within EHS legislation and best practices
- Proven leadership and people management experience including commitment to develop and enable high performance standards within third party deliveries
- Excellent communications skills (active and passive).
- Ability to operate independently and use own initiative
