• Accountable for development and implementation of Global workspace design guidelines
• Collaborates closely with the project lead and external contractors delivering real estate projects
• Ensure that employee environments are supporting ergonomics, productivity and collaboration
• Leads on engaging with senior stakeholders to understand strategies / initiatives, and identify workplace operations and workplace operations experience requirements
• Acts as an ambassador for collaboration, proactively engaging with teams across the business and developing strong networks
