Accountable for development and implementation of Global workspace design guidelines
Collaborates closely with the project lead and external contractors delivering real estate projects
Ensure that employee environments are supporting ergonomics, productivity and collaboration
Leads on engaging with senior stakeholders to understand strategies / initiatives, and identify workplace operations and workplace operations experience requirements
Acts as an ambassador for collaboration, proactively engaging with teams across the business and developing strong networks
Requirements
+5 years’ experience within a workplace and/or facilities management and/or hospitality background
Evidence of working with Customers to develop, apply and implement workplace operations and FM strategies
Experience of managing FM budgets, reporting and forecasting to meet budget.
Experience of delivering FM cost saving and enhanced workplace experience
Good experience within EHS legislation and best practices
Proven leadership and people management experience including commitment to develop and enable high performance standards within third party deliveries
Excellent communications skills (active and passive).
Ability to operate independently and use own initiative
