About the role

  • Support and further development of customers' IT environments (SMEs)
  • Typical MSP tasks: support, monitoring, maintenance, and documentation

  • Security (e.g., EDR, firewall, backup)

Requirements

  • IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist - System Integration) or equivalent experience
  • Solid fundamentals in Windows, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Interest in cloud, security, and modern IT stacks
  • Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
  • Structured working style and enjoyment of customer projects
  • Driver's license (Class B) for occasional on-site customer appointments
  • Open and friendly communication with customers and colleagues
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with new technologies
